• All earrings are made with a rhodium-plated 925 silver base (or plated on request).

• The inlay is entirely customizable , you can choose from a wide collection of minerals and gems.

• You will be able to request free rhodium plating / gold plating / rose gold plating , treatments that preserve the shine over time and prevent oxidation phenomena (treatment times may vary). If not specified in the order notes, the ring will be shipped rhodium-plated.

• The production times of the earrings may vary based on the quantities in stock and the finishing requested. The average production time is 7-10 days.

• The earrings are shipped in a branded box, excellent for your gifts! If you wish, you will have the opportunity to purchase a special customizable gift box .

• All “NicoCeccoRings” earrings are handmade using only the highest quality materials, long-lasting, comfortable and suitable for everyday use.

• All earrings are waterproof and can be washed with traditional soaps (Yes, you can even wear them while taking a shower).

• Despite this, it is necessary to take care of them so that they remain shiny and perfectly intact over time. If the metal base shows small scratches over time, you can polish it using a simple jewelry cloth.

• No exchanges or returns are foreseen for the earrings, under any conditions.

• Returns are permitted for selected items* within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The purchase of the shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.

• A restocking fee of 35% of the item value is applied to all returns.

• If you have selected an incorrect size for your ring (visit the Size Guide before placing an order) it will be possible to start a procedure to replace the ring with another of the same model with the correct size.
