Premium Guarantee

For the most demanding customers, who want the best experience with NicoCeccoRings, we have created a Premium Guarantee service, which will allow you to fully enjoy your personalized jewel!

The Premium Guarantee includes:

• FREE RESIZING : If you received your ring, but chose the wrong size, you can exchange your ring for free for the correct size.* - (Savings equal to 40% of the value of the ring, on average €50-70).

• 3 YEARS WARRANTY : Warranty in case of breakage/chipping of the inlay extended from 1 to 3 years . In case of fractures (small or large) of the inlay of the jewel, it will be repaired free of charge within three years of delivery.* - (Savings equal to 100% of the value of the ring in case of fracture/breakage, on average €85).

• FREE POLISHING x1: Free ring refinishing. Thorough cleaning and polishing of the ring, restoring it to new; valid for three years following delivery.* - (Savings of €20).

The Premium Guarantee applies to a single item. In case of multiple purchases, it will be necessary to specify to which item the aforementioned Premium Guarantee is to be attached.

* The shipment of the item to the sender (NicoCeccoRings) is at the customer's expense. Any customs costs must be paid in advance, otherwise NicoCeccoRings reserves the right NOT to collect the package. Any payments requested upon delivery of the return/exchange/service will be declined.
