All NicoCeccoRings products have a Standard Warranty , which includes the benefits listed below. If you wish, you can choose a personalized and complete service with the Premium Warranty .
STANDARD WARRANTY:
- 1 year warranty against breakage/chipping. In case of fractures (small or large) of the inlay of the jewel, it will be repaired free of charge.*
PREMIUM WARRANTY:
- FREE RESIZING : If you have received your ring, but you chose the wrong size, you can exchange your ring for the correct size for free.* - (Savings equal to 40% of the value of the ring, on average €50-70).
- 3 YEARS WARRANTY : Warranty in case of breakage/chipping of the inlay extended from 1 to 3 years . In case of fractures (small or large) of the inlay of the jewel, it will be repaired free of charge within three years of delivery.* - (Savings equal to 100% of the value of the ring in case of fracture/breakage, on average €85). If the fracture of the inlay is due to a malformation of the metal base, then the guarantee will not be valid as it demonstrates carelessness on the part of the user.

FREE POLISHING x1:
Free ring refinishing. Thorough cleaning and polishing of the ring, restoring it to new; valid for three years following delivery .* - (Savings of €20).
The Premium Guarantee applies to a single item. In case of multiple purchases, it will be necessary to specify to which item the aforementioned Premium Guarantee is to be attached.
* The shipment of the item to the sender (NicoCeccoRings) is at the customer's expense. Any customs costs must be paid in advance, otherwise NicoCeccoRings reserves the right NOT to collect the package. Any payments requested at the time of delivery of the return/exchange/service will be declined.
° Shipping costs for returning the jewel to be repaired/exchanged/returned are the customer's responsibility. If not covered by the warranty, the new shipping costs will also be the customer's responsibility (variable based on destinations, for example: Italy €5, European Union (EU) €10, USA - UK - CAN - SWI - AUS €10).
