- Returns are allowed for selected items within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The purchase of the shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking fee of 40% of the item value is applied to all returns.
Remember that all rings are made entirely by hand, therefore they may differ slightly from the photos in the listings, if you have problems with the order contact us
- If you have selected an incorrect size for your ring (visit the Size Guide before placing an order) it will be possible to start a procedure to replace the ring with another of the same model with the correct size.
- The "exchange" procedure is explained in detail in the appropriate section → Returns and After having verified that it is a size selection error (rather than an error on my part during the making of the ring, for which the exchange is free), the "exchange" procedure to follow is as follows:
- Contact me, reporting the problem with the size
- Send the first ring back to the address received as soon as the "exchange" procedure has started and communicate the desired size for the new ring.
- For the creation of the new ring, a supplement equal to 35% of the value of the first ring is required, which will be shipped via postal service, at the expense of the customer (shipping upgrade available with UPS, variable rate).
